High School Art Exhibit at Millikin
Millikin Univerity has accepted 2 works from students in Mrs. Thomas' Cerro Gordo High school Art classes to participate in an exclusive High school Art Exhibit. Only 36 works were chosen from a total of 400 that were submitted by Central Illinois HS Art teachers. These two pieces will be on exhibit in the 11th Annual Millikin University High school Art Competition now through November 18 in the Perkinson Gallery in Millikin's Kickland Fine Arts Center. Awards will be announced on Saturday, November 18 at 4 pm with a reception to follow.
These two students are Dorie Bulthuis and Jean Srichoo.
Mrs. Thomas also had three more pieces accepted into this show from her Bement HS art classes. She is beyond proud of her students!!!!
