Miss Allen

Hello! My name is Rachel Allen. This is my second year teaching first grade, but my first year teaching at Cerro Gordo. I graduated from Sangamon Valley in 2018 and from Illinois College in 2022. My first year of teaching was at A-C Central in Chandlerville, IL.

I am passionate about reading and art, and I love getting to share that passion with my students and seeing their imagination and creativity grow! I am thrilled to be a part of the Cerro Gordo community and cannot wait for this school year to begin! Go Broncos!
