Mrs. Moore

Bonjour!

This is my 28th year in teaching and my 26th year here at Cerro Gordo High School. I teach French and P.E. I have also taught junior high and high school Health and I taught Publications (the yearbook) for 20 years. 

I went to high school in Waverly, IL and then graduated from Millikin University in 1995 with a major in Physical Education and a minor in French. I also played 4 years of volleyball at Millikin on a very successful team! I have coached volleyball at John's Hill, Maroa-Forsyth, and Cerro Gordo.  Now, I am a volleyball official. 

I am married to Jeremy Moore and we have 2 sons. Connor graduated from CGHS in 2020, and Tyson will be a senior here this year.

I enjoy traveling to France and I have taken 6 trips with my students through the years, the most recent being this past summer! I love turning my students into world travelers and seeing them use the language they have been learning!
